Quality Control for Storage Tank :

1.The raw material plate was analyzed by our material analyser to assure the quality
2.The welding is argon arc weld(TIG) to avoid the plate's oxidized
3.After welding the inner tank,we will make a full water pressure test to check the welding joint. After welding the jacket, the full water pressure test be done for the jacket too.
4.After finishing the surface finish, make a surface roughness testing to assure the Ra data.

5.After the agitator installment,we will operate it to assure the function is good.
6.The nozzle's position 's confirm also is checked.
