Description:
Marine stern roller is important equipment for tugging and towing
operation. The manufacture and installation of the stern roller are
critical to the good work of the ship.
When a multipurpose tug helps other large ships and offshore oil
platforms to anchor and tow, the cable rope or chain moves on the
tail deck of the tug, which can be rotated with the stern roller to
reduce frictional resistance to sliding and to avoid sliding
serious wear of the stern deck caused by friction. The stern roller
are widely used in ship towing, anchoring of oil platform, ship
salvage, and cable laying, etc.
